Press Release Summary = Business services firm hires full-time sales professional

Press Release Body = (Hudson, Ohio, USA / July 25, 2006) - Radcom has hired a new
sales associate, Ginny Haas, to increase sales and expand the sales department. Ms.
Haas joined the training development and technical writing consulting firm on May 1
to assist president Bob Dianetti in reaching new businesses to offer training and
documentation solutions. In less than three months, Ms. Haas has already been
promoted to a staffing specialist to work with clients on staffing solutions.

"I'm excited about boosting sales at Radcom and reaching more businesses to help
them excel," said Ms. Haas. "I'm also looking forward to overseeing an expanded
sales department in 2007." Prior to Ms. Haas joining Radcom, Mr. Dianetti was the
sole sales force while also serving as the company's president. "We couldn't even
hope to reach our goals without Ginny and the tremendous talent and experience she
brings to the table," said Mr. Dianetti. With an expanded sales force, Mr. Dianetti
will focus on business strategies, service offerings, and potential growth areas in
core markets in the Great Lakes region.

Prior to joining Radcom, Ms. Haas was the assistant sales manager for The Pattie
Group, a landscape development firm in Novelty, Ohio. Starting over 13 years ago in
accounts payable, she worked her way up to the sales position by showing a knack for
working with customers and anticipating their needs.

Ms. Haas says that it was a bit of a switch from taking warm sales leads to making
cold calls, but that with Radcom's reputation for developing long-term business
relationships, she finds organizations very receptive to Radcom's service offerings.
"I've already learned so much from Bob (Mr. Dianetti) about working with potential
clients and asking the right questions to see if we can help solve their business
needs, that I have been able to set more meetings than I thought possible when I
started just two months ago," stated Ms. Haas. She added, "It also helps that Bob
knows a lot of people. He's been doing business in Northeast Ohio for a long time
and has been involved with many organizations both professionally and as part of the
community."

Ms. Haas holds an Associate of Arts degree in business from Kent State University
and used to tutor Kent students in a variety of subjects, including ones she never
took. "I really enjoy helping people learn and discover new ways of doing things,"
she said. "That's why working at Radcom is so great because I constantly get to
meet new people and help them find ways to improve their processes and increase
employee and customer satisfaction."

Ms. Haas is the mother of two college age children and lives in Ravenna with her
husband Bryan. She will join fellow Radcom staff, friends, and family in the Light
The Night Walk on September 23 in Cuyahoga Falls to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society. Ms. Haas is walking in honor of her nephew Mikey Dianetti, who is also the
son of Radcom's founder and vice-president, Bob and Angie Dianetti. Support
